[A] Budget: Looking for Proposals
[B] Scope of Service:
(1) Vendor needs to provide After Hours Telephone Answering Services on an as needed basis for around 1000 calls per month for government authority.
(2) The vendor should provide these services for answering calls from Monday to Thursday and from 4:00 P.M. until 9:00 A.M. and during the weekend from 4:00 P.M. Friday until 9:00 A.M. Monday and on holodays.
[C] Work Performance:
Performance of the work will be onsite/offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in our/their office location.
