[A] Budget: Looking for Proposals
[B] Scope of Service:
(1) Vendor needs to provide Call Centre Services with Data Entry Activities for Government Authority.
(2) Contract period shall be from May 1, 2012 through April 30, 2013 and it may extend for two (2) additional one year periods.
(3) Vendor should provide these services for around 35,000 minutes during the four (4) month contract period.
(4) Vendor should be capable of receiving intermittent, high volume telephone calls through a toll-free telephone number.
[C] Work Performance:
Performance of the work will be onsite/offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in our/their office location.
