(1) Vendor needs to provide design and construct a new complete and functioning 11,000 (approximate) square foot building using Design/Build as a project delivery system for government authority.
(2) RFP is 100% Small business Set Aside.
(3) Vendor should also provide design and construction of all associated building systems including site preparation, roads and parking areas, landscape and landscape irrigation electrical, mechanical, plumbing, fire suppression, ventilation, telephone, and communications, and building demolition etc.
