[A] Budget: Looking for Proposals
[B] Scope of Service:
(1) Vendor needs to provide Document Scanning and Copying Services for government authority.
(2) Contract period shall be for one (1) year and it may extend for four (4) additional one year periods.
(3) Vendor should also provide copy pickup, disassembly, re-assembly of the furnished copy, copying, scanning and conversion to PDF Document files, copying PDF files to CD, bates numbering, collating, binding, packing, delivery and Security of information.
[C] Work Performance:
Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office location.
