[A] Budget: Looking for Proposals
[B] Scope of Service:
(1) Vendor needs to provide Data Entry Services for government authority.
(2) Contract period shall be from March 1, 2012 to March 31, 2013 and it may extend for three (3) additional one year periods.
(3) Vendor should receive forms from authority and provide data entry work, to create an electronic copy of the information on the forms, returning the forms and provide data on a CD to the authority.
[C] Work Performance:
Performance of the work will be offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in our office location.
