Government Authority located in North Carolina; USA looking for expert vendor for Document Imaging, Record Managemnt and Scanning Services.
[A] Budget: Looking for Proposals
[B] Scope of Service:
(1) Vendor needs to provide Document Imaging, Record Management and Document Scanning Services for government authority.
(2) A pre proposal conference will be held on February 20, 2012.
(3) Vendor should provide Record management Application and Document Imaging Application.
(4) An application must be MS SQL based SQL 2005 or 2008.
(5) Vendor should also provide scanning on an as needed basis, audit all scanned images/Case Files, to pick up files and to off-site storage, disposition, store and manage.
(6) Vendor should provide offsite Imaging Details of around 18,164 and 155,587 active case files.
[C] Work Performance:
Performance of the work will be offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in our office location.
