[*] Scope of Service:

(1) Vendor needs to provide classification and compensation study services to the government authority located in New Mexico.
- Conduct a comprehensive classification, compensation study for faculty, staff and administrative employees; establish appropriate benchmarking standards for worker types, to include higher education peer institutions to higher education as applicable
- Salary schedule, range comparison by minimum, midpoint, and maximum and minimum qualifications
- Existing employee average salary comparison by job classification
- Analysis of existing pay equities
- Compression analysis
- Analysis of pay practices, pay rules, and salary schedules, ranges.
- Develop and deploy a communication plan, to include in-person and virtual all-employee meetings with consideration and development for different audiences (staff, faculty) to solicit feedback]
(2) All questions must be submitted no later than November 27, 2023.
(3) A non-mandatory pre-proposal meeting will be held on November 21, 2023.
(4) The contract period will be for one year.
