[*] Scope of Service:

(1) Vendor needs to provide global positioning system and solution to acquire a real time, cloud-based software as a service (SaaS) global positioning system (GPS) solution to monitor, track and locate via a web interface the fleet of vehicles with detailed reports in addition to service alerts notifications.
- Solution must be able to export data to Microsoft excel and PDF Adobe products.
- Refresh all GPS data at least every second (1 Hz refresh rate).
- Ability to add new or remove vehicles at no additional cost, so long as the total number of vehicles remains the same.
- Ability to have multiple feed for different authorized group and person regarding visual on designated vehicles such as shuttles that could be visible to users
- Ability to create custom labels for Senate vehicles.
- 24-hour vehicle tracking.
- Vehicle icon should display proper movement and direction of travel on map.
- The ability to locate vehicle(s) based on real time reporting and tracking.
- The ability to view vehicle activity in real time and as historical data.
- Analytical and visualization tool to monitor, evaluate and report on traffic condition at any given road segment, date and time of day.
- Visualize and pinpoint pressure points with sub-optimal performance across the road network.
- System must be able to export all information into Microsoft Excel.
- Support by telephone and by email during regular working hours 8am-4pm EST Monday to Friday
(2) The contract term will be three years.
