[*] Scope of Service:

(1) Vendor needs to provide land development analysis and 3d mapping solution.
- Solution should utilize the required artificial intelligence and have incorporated in it, digitized development regulations, dimensional, and other code standards including but not limited to zoning, planning, landscaping, engineering, transportation, housing, and public works information.
- The platform will display potential design concepts in 3D format, incorporate all rules applicable to a selected site including applicable master plans and will have the capability to produce user-friendly, printable materials and development maps.
- Solution shall allow for users to easily explore, create design concepts, and understand the regulations and requirements for development throughout the city, allowing the user to determine development feasibility before an application.
- Provide a digital 3D mapping component of the city displaying existing buildings, and development projects under review and approved.
- The solution shall provide users with additional information on required development review and permitting processes.
- The user shall be able to upload digital files (i.e., renderings) of proposed projects and identify potential design issues based on code requirements.
- Solution must allow for city staff to change information associated with each site or project that is displayed within the map portal.
- The solution should have the capability to integrate with the city’s land management system (Accela), for the purpose of obtaining data from Accela to be made available via the providers solution and the citys GIS zoning data application programming interface (API) which includes the citys electronic permit processing system.
- GIS maps used for zoning and planning information will be replaced with the Provider’s solution by creating a direct link from the citys website.
(2) All questions must be submitted no later than December 5, 2023.
(3) The contract term will be one years.
