(1) Vendor needs to provide professional actuarial services to the government authority located in Utah.
- Calculation of probable maximum loss (PML) for property assets and lines of coverage
- Calculation of maximum outstanding liabilities for all lines of coverage for reporting purposes.
- Determining the impact on the plan’s liability and annual expenses and contributions for assumption changes.
- Determining the actuarial impact on the plan’s liability for possible plan design changes.
- Demographic information.
- Plan provisions.
- Methods and assumptions.
- Narrative analysis of factors affecting, at a minimum, trends, obligations, and funding ratios.
- Two biennial actuarial valuations as of December 31 and two interim financial updates as of December 31 with one experience study conducted during the four year contract period.
(2) All questions must be submitted no later than December 8, 2023.
