[*] Scope of Service:

(1) Vendor needs to provide water conservation media program service include, but are not limited to, public education programs such as community outreach activities, conservation education programs and mass media campaigns.
- Plan and develop a media proposal, which focuses on maximizing advertising and public information opportunities to disseminate agnecy educational and event messages and promote its programs.
- Develop and execute appropriate messages for the target audience.
- Provide the appropriate opportunity for testing, feedback, and revision, as required.
- Discuss rationale, based on data resources, for the proposed media plan in relation to achieving the programs objectives.
(2) All questions must be submitted no later than December 14, 2023.
(3) The contract term will be one years.
