(1) Vendor needs to provide chlorination and filtration services to the government authority located in Duchesne, UT.
- Chlorination and filtration system which include the addition of chlorination and filtration equipment to the existing building and connected to the well line.
- Site improvements which includes repair of drain lines, constructing a concrete headwall to create an air gap for the overflow line, and cleaning of the existing water tank.
- SCADA upgrades, which includes configuring the existing SCADA panel for new equipment and setup to communicate with existing system.
(2) All questions must be submitted no later than December 6, 2023
