- TOU - Terms of Use

(1) ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS

RFPMart.com Services ( RFPMart LLC ) provide its service to you, subject to the following Terms of Use, which may be updated by us from time to time without notice to you. You can review the most current version of TOU at any time at: rfpmart.com/terms-of-use

Your use of RFPMart LLC constitutes your agreement to all such terms, conditions, policies and notices.

(2) DESCRIPTION OF SERVICE

RFPMart LLC provides users with access to a rich collection of resources on government RFPs, Bids, contracting and any other government affairs through its network of properties.

Unless explicitly stated otherwise, any new features which augment or enhance the current service, including the release of new features, shall be subject to the TOU. You understand and agree that the Service is provided "as-is" basis and that RFPMart LLC assumes no responsibility for the timeliness, deletion, mis-delivery or failure to store any user communications or personalization settings. You are responsible for obtaining access to the Service by subscribing through RFPMart LLC registration page and understand that access may involve third party fees (such as Internet service provider or airtime charges). You are responsible for those fees. In addition, you must provide and are responsible for all equipment necessary to access the Service.

(3) MODIFICATIONS TO SERVICE

RFPMart LLC reserves the right at any time and from time to time to modify or discontinue, temporarily or permanently, the Service (or any part thereof) with or without notice. You agree that RFPMart LLC shall not be liable to you or to any third party for any modification, suspension or discontinuance of the Service. RFPMart LLC may change, add or remove any part of this Agreement, or any other terms associated with the use of the site, at any time, by posting a notice of such changes to the Terms of Use page of the Web site. Any changes shall become part of the Agreement and shall apply as soon as such a notice is posted. (4) FEES AND PAYMENTS

RFPMart LLC will charge you fees for accessing single RFP document or for monthly subscription.

In order to use the Service or designated portions of the Service, you will be required to register and create an account. You agree to pay all fees and charges, including applicable taxes, incurred through your account at the rates in effect for the billing period in which such fees and charges are incurred. Total Amount will be shown to you on your screen before charging your credit card.

RFPMart LLC reserves the right to change the amount of, or basis for determining, any fees, and to institute new fees, effective upon prior notice to you.

In order to create an account with RFPMart LLC , you must provide RFPMart LLC with valid credit card information. By submitting such credit card information, you give RFPMart LLC permission to charge all fees incurred through your account to the credit card you designate on the Registration Form. All fees (other than renewal fees) will be charged at the time they are incurred and recurring, thus charges are automatically made upon the due date unless the subscriber cancels the account beforehand.

Your right to use the Service is subject to any restrictions established by RFPMart LLC or by your credit card issuer. If payment cannot be charged to your credit card or your payment is returned to RFPMart LLC for any reason, including a chargeback, RFPMart LLC reserves the right to either suspend or terminate your account and all its obligations under this Agreement.

If you have a reason to believe that your account is no longer secure (for example, in the event of a loss, theft or unauthorized disclosure or use of your ID, password or any credit, or debit card number stored on the Service), you must promptly change your password and notify RFPMart LLC of the problem by sending e-mail to our customer support team. If you have questions about your bill or about full membership billing policies, please contact our customer support team.

(5) REGISTRATION AND ACCOUNT CREATION

As part of the registration and account creation process required in obtaining access to the Service, you will select a user ID and a password. You will provide RFPMart LLC with certain registration information, all of which must be accurate and updated (if any of your registration information changes, you can update it by visiting our Edit Profile page). You will be solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your password. You are solely responsible for all usage or activity on your RFPMart LLC account including, but not limited to, use of the account by any person authorized by you to use your user ID and password.

(6) NON-TRANSFERABILITY OF SUBSCRIPTION

Your right to use this site is personal to you and you may not sub-license, transfer, sell or assign this agreement to any third party without our approval.

(7) SUBSCRIPTION RENEWAL AND CANCELLATION

Recurring Charges are not applicable in the case or individual or single RFP purchase. You will be only charged whenever you purchase RFP document from our website.

RFPMart LLC will automatically renew and charge your account upon every annual, or month of the date on which you subscribed depending on the subscription program that you chose during enrolment. You give permission to RFPMart LLC to automatically charge your subscription fee to your credit card annually, or monthly depending on your subscription plan.

We use PayPal to process all the payments by default. You can cancel your subscription anytime from your PayPal account. If you face any problem in cancelling your recurring subscription, you can email to our customer support team at any time prior to the end of the applicable billing period and we will cancel your subscription from our end.

The renewal charge will be equal to your original sign-up price, unless you are otherwise notified in advance (electronically) by RFPMart LLC . If subscribers decide to cancel during the subscription period, the remaining portion of the subscription fee will NOT be refunded. We leave your membership full active until the upcoming due date of your account.

(8) SPONSORS, THIRD PARTIES AND ADVERTISERS

Your correspondence or business dealings with, or participation in promotions of, sponsors, third parties or advertisers found on or through the Service, including payment and delivery of related goods or services, and any other terms, conditions, warranties or representations associated with such dealings, are solely between you and such sponsor, third party or advertiser. You agree that RFPMart LLC shall not be responsible or liable for any loss or damage of any sort incurred as the result of any such dealings or as the result of the presence of such sponsors, third parties or advertisers of the Service.

(9) Third party Links

RFPMart LLC may provide, or third parties may provide, links to other World Wide Web sites or resources. Because RFPMart LLC has no control over such sites and resources, you acknowledge and agree that RFPMart LLC is not responsible for the availability of such external sites or resources, and does not endorse and is not responsible or liable for any content, accuracy, quality, advertising, products, or other materials on or available from such sites or resources. You further acknowledge and agree that RFPMart LLC shall not be responsible or liable, directly or indirectly, for any damage or loss caused or alleged to be caused by or in connection with use of or reliance on any such content, goods or services available on or through any such site or resource.

(10) DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTIES
